Highlights from our successful SemTalk User Meeting 2019
The SemTalk User Meeting in Potsdam on September 12, 2019 ended with engaging contributions and discussions. The contributions ranged from the topic of reference modeling for Microsoft Dynamics Navision (Andreas Walther, COSMO CONSULT GmbH, Dresden) to process management at Hamburg Airport (Abed Nawal, Flughafen Hamburg GmbH, Hamburg) to supporting construction projects with the help of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams (Dr.-Marcus-Matthias Wanner, IMT GmbH, Rodgau).
Dietmar Wikarski from the faculty of the Brandenburg College of Applied Sciences, Brandenburg / Havel) rounded off the first part of the discussion with a methodological lecture on Communication Structure Analysis (CSA). Then, Thomas Stensitzki, a MVP Microsoft Team member from Granikos GmbH & Co. presented state-of-the-art information about Microsoft Teams as well as describing his new developments using the SemTalk platform and the SVG portal format as an alternative to Visio online. Finally, the first results from the Qurator research project (Frauke Weichhardt and Christian Fillies, Semtation GmbH) were discussed.
The day was characterized by intensive content-related discussions in friendly atmosphere that prevailed between participants and organizers as well as among all participants. We look forward to the next edition in 2020.
